If you are a customer under a business contract and we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, our processing will be governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and your instructions.

- Use of LLM Hub API services
- Sales and business communications
- Delivery of professional services
- Marketing communications (where permitted)
It does not cover third-party sites or services that we do not control.

- Billing and payment information (processed via Stripe)

3.3 API usage data
Important: We do not store the content of your API requests (prompts) or responses. We only log metadata such as token counts, model used, timestamps, and costs for billing purposes. Your conversations with AI models are not retained.
4. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data for the purposes below. Where GDPR applies, we rely on these legal bases:

- Business transfers (merger/acquisition) subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data.
6. International data transfers
Our commitment to EU data sovereignty
We will never transfer any customer data outside of the European Union without your explicit consent. Your data stays in the EU unless you specifically authorize otherwise.
